The well project got a little delayed, as I needed to save up for a few components, but it's underway now. The big 3 foot wide pipe got installed last week (the backhoe dug down around 14 feet, and then a guy went down with a harness to remove mud from the bottom), and the last couple days, they've been digging trenches for the piping, and getting filters installed. Today, they'll install the piping and wiring for the pump. Very exciting!
