drainage around the pool deck (little gutters to collect the runoff from the flowerbeds when they overflow during heavy rains), installation of an outdoor shower- so great!, putting an anti-mildew coating on all of the pool deck and deck by the pergola, as well as the walkway and stairs leading to the pool, building a storage bodega and toilet/sink for use when people are by the pool, painting the gate, benches and pergola. Whew- lots of work! It's looking great :)
